Born in a military family in Moluccas, Yan Josua has persisted to follow his dream to become a successful singer when he grow up. He sings in many events ever since he was a child. He has managed to become the number one champion in Stuvo Makassar, number one champion in Bintang Radio 2017 and fourth place in representing the city of Merauke in Starvoice ASIA. In 2021, Yan has moved to Jakarta to pursue his career in the music industry.

He has joined the X-FACTOR Season 3 in order to gain more experiences in honing his talent and to challenge himself. Even though he didn’t make to the final round, Yan was appointed to perform at closing ceremonial PON XX Papua in 2021. Later on February 2022, Yan signed to Dua Anak Deo. He has released a single called ‘Pesan Rindu’.
